Why book with Auriel Holidays?
Auriel Holidays was established as a retail travel agent during the COVID pandemic, to give our clients the opportunity of exploring destinations closer to home. Subsequently we have expanded to offer luxury and tailor made holidays worldwide.
As a member of the Hays Travel Independence Group (the largest travel consortium in the UK), we have access to some of the best rates in the travel industry. We also have a team of extremely well-travelled travel consultants, with the specialist knowledge needed to advise you on your trip and help you create an unforgettable holiday - whether travelling by road, rail or air, island hopping, river cruising or on a privately guided itinerary.
Between us we’ve explored the USA and Canada, experienced the cultures of Japan and China, visited the vast landscapes of Australia and New Zealand, been on safari in Africa, cruised in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Norwegian fjords, and marveled at the Northern Lights. We have explored much of Europe, trekked to see gorillas in Uganda, and travelled extensively in Latin America and Asia too - so there is a huge reservoir of travel experience at your disposal.
We know how important holidays are and that part of the fun is in the planning, so we take the time to explore different ideas and create the perfect tailor-made itinerary just for you. We will also take care of all the small details, so that you can simply relax with the peace of mind of knowing that everything is taken care of. Our team are on hand 24-hours a day, so should you need any assistance abroad, we’re only a phone call away.
We are a member of ABTA (membership number P8305), which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We also provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday, including ATOL protection for any flights. If you buy other travel arrangements, such as accommodation only, this protection doesn’t apply.
If you have a complaint, we can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes, which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
